Q - Where can I buy your products?
A - You can buy any of our products from any of our authorised dealers.

Q - How do I know my item is in stock?
A - We hold large stocks of all our products, however to enquire about the stock status of any item, please contact us.
Q - How do I place an order?
A - To place an order, please contact your nearest dealer.
Q - Can I change my order?
A - If you are a Hydrotech dealer, please contact us and we'll do our best to help as long as the order has not already been despatched.
If you are an individual customer, please contact your dealer and they will act on your behalf.
Q - Do prices include VAT?
A - Yes, all of our prices displayed on this website include VAT @ 20%.
Q - What kind of warranty do I get?
A - While we're confident that all of the products we sell are top-quality and defect-free, we understand that problems can, and invariably do happen. To back up the high-quality of our products, we offer a warranty and support service for all equipment. The length of time for the warranty will differ depending on the product, however we will always do what we can to support any product. If you have any warranty issues, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Q - What are your opening hours?
A - Our office hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

Q - Where do you deliver?
A - We deliver across the UK. Please contact your dealer for overseas enquiries.
Q - How much does delivery cost?
A - If you are an individual customer, to find postage charges you will need to contact your dealer.
For our dealers, delivery costs vary depending on the amount being purchased. We will always endeavour to get the best possible price for the volume being sent. If large-volume pallets are the only option, where there is a set price whether the pallet is empty or full, then we will contact you to see if there is anything else that you may require to fill the pallet and make full use of the postage charge.
Q - What carrier do you use?
A - For orders within the UK, general day-to-day orders are handled by Parcel Force or Royal Mail, however for larger orders we use Cobley Transport who are a local carrier specialising in pallet transport. We find these to be the cheapest and most reliable methods of getting our products to our dealers on time and in one piece.
For overseas shipping, the carriers may vary depending on country and availability.
Q - When will my order be despatched?
A - We aim to despatch all orders to dealers within 24 hours of the order being placed, however product availability may affect this.
Q - Can I use an alternate delivery address?
A - We will only despatch items directly to our dealers addresses. If you are an individual customer, please contact your dealer to arrange alternative locations.

Q - How do I submit items for repair?
A - Please contact your dealer to arrange a convenient method of getting your suit to us.
Q - What is the current turn-around time for my suit repair?
A - The turn-around time for every repair will vary due to the amount of work required including drying time etc. However a rough guide to the average repair time can be found on our repairs page here.
Q - How much is my suit repair going to cost?
A - The amount that your repair will cost will vary dependant on the work required, however a list of prices can be found here.
Q - I had my suit repaired and it's still leaking! What do I do?

Q - I'm a busy guy and can't afford to lose my suit for a week! Can I book a time?
A - You will be able to soon!
We are currently trialling a new pre-book system to reduce the time that you are without your suit.
We have always been aware that for a majority of our customers, their suits are their livelihoods and so sending them away for repair can be a nightmare if they're gone for a week or more.
With the new service that we'll be offering, you will be able to pre-book your suit into a time slot with our highly trained staff and will be given an eta of completion after the work has been carried out and tested. Ever wanted to jump the queue? Now's your chance!
